Maybe you feel a stirring, hinting that there is a deep-seated wisdom residing within. A growing sense that there is a more intentional way of navigating life. An empowered approach that more closely follows the natural rhythms of nature. One where it is safe to trust your intuition as your compass, over rigid rules and outside authority. The old is evolving and new souls are being called to awaken this deep feminine wisdom within, even if they don’t know it by name.
Our journey is coming back home to ourselves and remembering who we came here to be.
I can remember being connected to the subtleties of energy even as a child. I could acutely tune into what was felt vs. spoken aloud. I was labeled hypersensitive because I was shy, reserved and emotional. My heart appeared to beat to an entirely different drum, one that could feel the intensity of the world around me in the wells of my soul. It was overwhelming; the exhaustive process of feeling everything so deeply; the pain, grief, love and uneasiness of others passing through me like an echo. I sought solace in daydreaming and held on to the unshakable notion that we were part of something bigger, though it wasn’t until much later that I truly understood this connection.
In 2017, I experienced a profound spiritual shift when I followed a strong intuition to move across the country and leave everything I had known for 17 years behind. The thought of this was terrifying, but I knew something greater was on the other side and I should trust my gut, despite all logic telling me otherwise. This leap of faith changed everything for me and catalyzed my awakening, which eventually led me to Hawaii in 2022. Through this journey, I learned to question the status quo, release limiting beliefs, and step into soul alignment. I came to understand the importance of honoring my unique path and timing, even when unconventional and most importantly reclaim my power, honor my worth, and embrace my role as co-creator of my life.
This invitation to source from within was a gentle redirection, shifting my perspective from external factors to an internal seat of power. It was an opportunity to rediscover the potency of self-trust and deeper personal satisfaction. It was a reminder that I have agency over my thoughts, words and actions and I choose how my life unfolds.
Now, I’m here to help others do the same.

- if we gave ourselves permission to honor our cyclical phases of reflection, action, integration and rest
-if we loosened our grip and allowed this inner knowing to take the lead
-if we suspended our beliefs of ‘certainty’ for a limitless mindset

There is a whole world to be discovered when we learn how to tap into this infinite resource and take aligned action. When we awaken to our fully embodied self, we transform our outlook on life. We begin to work with expansive energy instead of contraction and we navigate life from a heart-centered space.
Through rituals, meditations, and energy healing, I guide women in remembering their infinite sovereignty using a heart-centered approach to energetic realignment. I encourage women to soften into their feminine essence, which is their strength, and to operate from this place of empowerment. I assist women in slowing down so they can rediscover their intuition, honor their innate wisdom, balance their masculine and feminine energy and operate from a place of empowerment.
I work with the Divine Feminine to support the collective shift. As a certified Lemurian Rose Womb Healer, Reiki II practitioner, Quantum Channel, and crystal keeper, I offer channeled messages, intuitive guidance, and energy healing to set you on your highest timeline.
