Cancellations
Cancellations made 24 hours before a session may be rescheduled or request a full refund.
Non-urgent cancellations made the day of a session will not be eligible for a refund.
Failure to cancel or show up to an appointment will result in a non-refund of your payment.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for any reason other than what is noted above.
All sales are final after a session is held.
Confirming Appointments
Clients must respond to the confirmation email at least 12 hours before our session.
Late Appointments
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after our session is set to begin, you will need to reschedule.
Video/Audio Recordings
Neither audio nor video recordings of sessions is permitted.
