Policies

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before a session may be rescheduled or request a full refund.

  • Non-urgent cancellations made the day of a session will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Failure to cancel or show up to an appointment will result in a non-refund of your payment.

Refunds

  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason other than what is noted above.

  • All sales are final after a session is held.

Confirming Appointments

  • Clients must respond to the confirmation email at least 12 hours before our session.

Late Appointments

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes after our session is set to begin, you will need to reschedule.

Video/Audio Recordings

  • Neither audio nor video recordings of sessions is permitted.
