About me

For as long as I can remember, I have been connected to the subtleties of energy. As a deeply empathic and sensitive child, I routinely transmuted, cleared, and grounded energy without truly understanding the nuance of what was taking place. I had a deep connection with nature, fascination with the universe and a profound reverence for anything Sacred, but it wasn’t until years later that I was able to put words to that indescribable feeling of… connectedness.

I’ve always had a strong sense that we were here for a greater purpose, but it was not until 2017 that I fully understood the magnitude of the divine plan for my soul’s evolution.

I had been living on the East coast when I was suddenly prompted to uproot my life and move across country, based solely on a hunch. It was visceral. I could feel the buzzing of resonance in my body and it would not be ignored. After tuning into my intuition, I decided to trust the signs and more importantly, myself. This. changed. everything. Honoring this leap of faith was the catalyst to my spiritual awakening and what ensued was a period of unparalleled radical transformation that saw me through yet another move in 2022 to Hawaii.

It is in this place that I’ve started to come home to myself.

I’ve reclaimed my power, acknowledged my inherent worth and owned that I am a co-creator in this life.

I’ve learned to question the status quo and consider, what sets my soul on fire.

I’ve found the courage to dive deep into self discovery, release self-limiting beliefs and push past my comfort zone, again and again to come into soul alignment.

I’ve learned the importance of honoring my path and the timing of my life, as unconventional as it may be.

I have had to unlearn and ‘unbecome’ everything I thought I knew, so I could learn how to embrace my fully embodied self and inner wisdom.

I use various modalities to provide energetic healing and intuitive guidance as a certified Lemurian Rose Womb Healer, Reiki II practitioner, Quantum Channel, crystal keeper and sacred space holder. I help others along their path using my gifts to relay messages, heal and clear energy, so women can step into their divine sovereignty and purpose.
