I have been connected to the subtleties of energy for as long as I can remember. As a deeply empathic and sensitive child, I was transmuting, clearing, and grounding energy before I even understood what that truly meant. From an early age, I had a profound reverence for anything Sacred and a deep connection with nature, but it took years for me to be able to put words to that indescribable feeling of connectedness. I’ve always had a strong sense that we were here for a greater purpose, but it was not until 2017 that I fully understood the magnitude.

At this time, I was prompted to uproot my life and move cross country, based solely on a hunch. After tuning into my intuition, I decided to trust the universe and myself. This. changed. everything. Honoring this leap of faith was the catalyst to my spiritual awakening and what ensued was a period of unparalleled radical transformation. 

It is in this place that I started to come home to myself.

I reclaimed my power, acknowledged my inherent worth and owned that I am a co-creator in this life.

I learned to question the status quo and consider, what sets my soul on fire.

I learned the importance of honoring myself above all. 

I found the courage to dive deep into self discovery and mastery.

I had to unlearn and unbecome everything I thought I knew, so I could learn how to embrace my fully embodied self.
